This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
What you give us
When you submit a form on this site, take the match quiz, use the cost calculator, request a guide or ask to tour a home, we collect the name, email address and phone number you enter, along with the answers you gave and the page you submitted from.
We use that information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and to help you find and buy a new home. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
What we measure, and what we deliberately do not
We run our own first-party analytics. It records page views, which page they happened on, the referring website, and a broad device category. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you.
Visitors are counted using a one-way hash derived from request attributes and the current date. That lets us count unique visits within a day. It cannot be reversed to identify you, and it cannot be used to link your visits across different days.
We do not store your IP address. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers of any kind.
Information stored in your browser
If you save properties to a shortlist, that is remembered in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device, is never transmitted to us as a profile, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your site data.
How long we keep things
Inquiries are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Analytics events are retained in a rolling window and are aggregated for reporting.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing build@myADyoU.com. We will confirm once it is done.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request its deletion, to request correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

Communications and consent
Every form on this site asks you to confirm that we may contact you before it will submit. That consent covers phone, text message and email about your inquiry. You can withdraw it at any time by telling us, and we will stop.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Administrative access is protected by a hashed password and a signed, HTTP-only session cookie. Uploads are validated by type, size and file signature. No system is perfectly secure, but we have taken the measures a site handling inquiry data should reasonably take.
