A four-story, roughly 125-room select-service hotel and a 5,000 sq ft coffee & market building on a 1.86-acre corner site along Azusa Avenue, close to the I-210 and Citrus College. The hotel sits at the center of the site with a covered arrival court; the café pad, with patio seating, anchors the northwest corner and serves guests and neighbors alike.
