We want this site to work for everyone who visits it, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings.
What we have done
The site is built to target WCAG 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means semantic HTML and landmark regions, a visible skip link, keyboard access to every interactive control, visible focus indicators, text alternatives for meaningful images, form labels tied to their inputs, and error messages announced to assistive technology.
Motion
This site uses animation. Every animation respects the reduced-motion preference in your operating system: turn it on and background motion stops, transitions become near-instant, and nothing parallaxes or drifts. No content is conveyed by motion alone.
Contrast and text
Body text meets the 4.5 to 1 contrast ratio, and larger text meets 3 to 1. Text can be resized to 200 percent without loss of content or function, and the layout reflows rather than requiring horizontal scrolling.
Where we know we fall short
Some photographs of properties carry decorative alternative text where a fuller description would serve better. We are improving these as the portfolio is updated.
Equal housing
We support equal housing opportunity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.
